Ranch dip has always been one of my favorite foods to snack on. So I came up with a healthy version that I could feel good about eating on a consistent basis. Serve with some vegetables and you have a healthy snack packed with antioxidants!
The recipe is made from plain Greek Yogurt which I usually have on hand for a quick breakfast combined with fruit. And the spices are commonly used in other recipes as well. So it makes for a easy “go to” hunger busting snack at any time.
Add a little milk and you can even use it for salad dressing.
