Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Stir together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Shape into balls or bars.
  3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Two minutes before the balls are ready, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Check every 20 seconds. When nearly melted, remove and stir. Second option: Melt in a double broiler on the stovetop on low heat.
  5. Dip balls into the melted chocolate and place on a plate or parchment paper to harden. (Drizzle for less calories.)
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Note: The chocolate may melt in your hand if you take too long to eat one. If you like to enjoy yours at a slow pace, I suggest making them into small balls or bars and drizzling them with the chocolate. (Either way – ENJOY!
