Instructions
  1. Place yogurt, vanilla and bananas in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more yogurt if needed.
  3. Add frozen fruit a little at a time for easier blending.
  4. Pour into individual serving cups and freeze about1 hour, or until desired consistency. That is of course, unless you just can’t resist eating one right now! In that case, go ahead and enjoy this creamy goodness!
  5. Stir before serving. And if they have become hardened in the freezer, just set the container in hot , but not boiling water for about 1 minute. Or, if you don’t mind using a microwave, heat them for about 30 seconds and then stir.
  6. Optional: Pour a packet of unflavored probiotics into the mix for boosting your immune system and defense against colds and flu. (Consult your health care provider concerning probiotics for children.)

Bananas: May contribute to muscle and nerve health, heart health, cell growth, and bone health.

Vanilla: may fight inflammation, contains antioxidants, may aid brain and gut health.

Berries:  high in antioxidants, may boost the immune system, aid in cancer prevention, eye health, and heart health.
