  3. Add feta and olives.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
Dressing
  1. Pour vinegar into a small bowl.
  2. Add sweetner.
  3. Whisk oil into vinegar and sugar mixture to emulsify.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over salad right before serving.
