Instructions
  1. Slice sweet peppers.
  2. Cut thick ends off of asparagus.
  3. Chop onions and garlic.
  4. Pour olive oil into a large bowl.
  5. Add onions, garlic, and vegetables. Toss.
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Grill about 4 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve arranged on a plate or in a bowl.
