  1. In a small bowl mix lime juice, honey, chili powder, and cilantro. Set aside.
  2. Season halibut with salt and pepper
  3. Melt coconut oil in a pan and pan sear the halibut. About 4 minutes on each side (or until slighty browned).
  4. Drizzle about 1 Tbsp of lime juice on each fillet.
  5. Serve remaining honey and lime sauce alongside each fillet.
