Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large crockpot
  2. Add water until covered.
  3. Simmer on low for 24-48 hours. Whichever fits into your schedule!
  4. Strain liquid into a large bowl and discard other ingredients.
  5. Let stand at room temperature until fat forms on top and skim.
  6. Pour into 6 ice cube trays and freeze up to 3 months.
  7. Note: ┬áDon’t leave out the Apple Cider Vinegar as it draws out the healing benefits from the bones.
