  1. Place mixed greens in a bowl.
  2. Lightly toast almonds in a pan on low heat (until golden).
  3. Top mixed greens with oranges.
  4. Sprinkle almonds on salad.
Dressing
  1. Whisk the first four ingredients together in a small bowl, or place in a small jar and shake.
  2. Chop green onions and add to dressing mixture.
  3. Pour dressing over salad when ready to serve, or serve on the side.
  4. Optional: top with chicken strips for a complete meal.
