  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. It’s that easy! And if you want to switch it up sometime, you can add about 2 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro or some avocado.
  2. I use Stonyfield Greek Yogurt and the texture works well with a dispenser bottle. If you use one that is too thick to be poured through a dispenser bottle, you may want to add some milk.

Greek Yogurt: contains protein for muscle and skin health, may provide energy, contains probiotics for the  immune system, and may contribute to bone health.

Garlic: detoxes the body and may boost immune function, lower blood pressure, and fight colds and flu.

Lemon Juice: may aid in digestion, help with prevention of cancer, arthritis, kidney stones, cancer and diabetes, and strengthen your immune system to fight colds and flu.

Himalayan sea salt:  may help to reduce acid reflux, strengthen bones, lower blood pressure, prevent muscle cramps, improve circulation, and increase hydration.
