Vegetables
  1. Combine all of the vegetables.
  2. Reserve extra servings and use less avocado if you are planning to use a portion of this recipe on another day.
Dressig
  1. Sit together lime juice, garlic and cumin in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk in olive oil.
  3. Stir in cilantro and pour over vegetables.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. (I use Himalayan Sea Salt)
