Toast with Avocado, Feta and Tomatoes

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Slice whole grain bread diagonally (4 slices).
  3. Spread olive oil on bread with a pastry brush.
  4. Rub bread with garlic clove.
  5. Toast in broiler for about 2-3 minutes (depending on your oven).
  6. While bread is toasting, chop tomatoes, cilantro and onion.
  7. Mash avocado, but leave some chunks. Season with garlic salt and add lime juice.
  8. Spread avocado paste onto toast and top with remaining ingredients
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Optional: Mix tomatoes,onion and cilantro into the avocado paste. Top with cheese.
