Sun dried tomatoes , feta cheese, and garlic are three of my favorite comfort foods. Mix in some healthy veggie pasta, topped with basil, and I’m ready to sit down, relax and enjoy.
The thing I love about this type of recipe is that you can include as much as you want of any of the ingredients. If you really crave sun dried tomatoes, add some more! I promise that the “recipe police” will not come looking for you. So have it your way!
