This 3 ingredient chicken recipe for delicious tenders has quickly become one of my favorites for 5 reasons. It’s healthy, easy, inexpensive, fast, and it is so, so savory! It frees you up to focus more attention on making a healthy vegetable. In fact if you serve it with roasted vegetables like my roasted zucchini and summer squash there is very little cleanup!
Or just bake a sweet potato in the oven. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
For added flavor top with caramelized onions.
For added health benefits use Himalayan pink sea salt.
For savory bullion I use Better than Bullion. Many stores carry this product, but just in case, here’s a link for your convenience:
I like this bullion, not only because of it’s taste, but because it’s made with real chicken meat and natural juices. And I like a strong bullion taste so I add a little more than the instructions call for.
For added convenience make extra and use leftover chicken in a salad the next day!
