  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bow, or pour into a jar and shake.
Salad
  1. Chop lettuce and place in a large bowl along with vegetables and onion.
  2. Reserve tortilla strips for assembly.
Steak
  1. Rub steak with garlic clove.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill 4 minutes on both side.
  4. Slice.
Assembly
  1. Pour salad dressing over salad greens and veggies.
  2. Layer skirt steak over greens.
  3. Top with tortilla strips.
