I like to skewer the chicken along with some tomatoes for colorful garnish. Remove from skewer and serve over rice along with a vegetable.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c soy sauce low sodium
- 1/3 c olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespons sesame seeds
- 1 tablesoon sugar I use coconut sugar or raw
- 3 medium garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless (cut in strips)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Cut chicken into strips (or use chicken tenders). Place chicken in a large baggie or container. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinade at least 4 hours, or even overnight (the longer the better). Grill 8 minutes on each side (depending on the size of the strips). Flip every 2 minutes and cook until 165 degrees internally.
