Halibut with Honey Lime Sauce is by far one of the easiest fish recipes I have ever made. It has great health benefits and your guests are sure to be delighted with the sauce.
You can also switch up the fish. A great alternative is Red Snapper. But Red Snapper can be expensive if purchased out of season. Otherwise the price can be sky high (but then so is the taste).

Salmon Patties with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- 6 Tbsp lime juice fresh squeezed (about 3 limes)
- 4 Tbsp honey preferable raw unfiltered
- 1/4-1/2 tsp chili powder (add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp green onion chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- 1 lb halibut
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- In a small bowl mix lime juice, honey, chili powder, and cilantro. Set aside.
- Season halibut with salt and pepper
- Melt coconut oil in a pan and pan sear the halibut. About 4 minutes on each side (or until slighty browned).
- Drizzle about 1 Tbsp of lime juice on each fillet.
- Serve remaining honey and lime sauce alongside each fillet.
