small chicken bones
(wings, necks,feet)
3
carrots
chopped
3
celery stalks
chopped
1
large
onion
chopped
3
large
garlic cloves
chopped

tsp
salt
1
tsp
peppercorns

TB
apple cider vinegar
1
TB
Italian Seasonig

water
(or enough to cover ingredients)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large crockpot
Add water until covered.
Simmer on low for 24-48 hours. Whichever fits into your schedule!
Strain liquid into a large bowl and discard other ingredients.
Let stand at room temperature until fat forms on top and skim.
Pour into 6 ice cube trays and freeze up to 3 months.
Note: Don’t leave out the Apple Cider Vinegar as it draws out the healing benefits from the bones.
