Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Butter one side of both slices of bread
  2. Place one slice, butter side down, in pan.
  3. Layer with remaining ingredients. I like to sandwich the veggies in between the cheese slices so the cheese melts better.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Brown on both side on low heat to give the cheese time to melt.
  6. Black olives and sweet peppers can be added for extra flavor.
