I think I’ve tasted over 50 guacamole dips. But I always come back to homemade. It’s easy, it’s super tasty with all of the healthy fresh ingredients that I love! And to top it all off, it only takes about 5 minutes to make and homemade is also much less expensive!
It’s also very versatile. You can use it on salads, enchiladas, breakfast toast, and quesadillas and with nacho chips (pictured). Just keep a continuous supply of avocados on hand and you’ll never be without a great go-to snack for the family!
It’s a snack that you can always feel good about because it’s jam packed with healthy nutrients!
- 2 large avocados
- 2 large garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 large lime freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp green onion chopped
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes diced or cut in quarters
- Mash avocados in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Serve fresh.
- Garnish with additional cilantro (optional).

Tomatoes: may interfere with chemical unions needed to create carcinogens, aid in heart health, regulate fat in the blood.
