Once you sink your teeth into this scrumptious, yet easy to make sandwich, you’ll be making it again and again!
I originally made this sandwich for my son when he was recuperating at our house from a sport injury. I had never made it before but it has been a favorite ever since. And you can switch it up with your own creativity! I love not being restricted to everything having to be perfect and predictable. So let your creative juices flow!
- 2 slices bread Whole Grain or Ezekiel
- 3 slices turkey meat I use all natural
- 6 spinach leaves
- 6 cherry tomatoes Or 2 slices of tomato
- 1/4 c guacamole Homemade or Store-bought
- 1 medium avocaco mashed
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilanto chopped
- 1 teaspoon green onion chopped
- Assemble. Can't get any easier than that!
- Before assembling sandwich prepare guacamole.
- Mash avocado to you liking.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Season with garlic salt.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- If you don't want to bother with the guacamole, just slice the avocado and season it with garlic and lime juice.
