I eat salad nearly everyday to make sure I get plenty of greens for cleansing toxins from my body Combine that goodness with some strawberries and walnuts and you have a healthy delight for sure!
The good news is, every time you make this you can switch it up with different types of berries and nuts. No need to settle for just regular old salad anymore!
- 2 c mixed salad greens
- 1/4 c english walnuts chopped
- 1/3 c berrries
- 1/4 c feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine venegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar (I use coconut sugar or stevia)
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 tsp Dijon mustart
- 1/4 tsp italian seasoning dried
- Place salad mixture in a bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over salad to your liking. (Reserve remaining salad dressing for another day.

Note: this is the same salad dressing I use for Greek Salad. Make double, or triple, and save yourself some work!
