This garlic aioli sauce is not only delicious, but it acts as a probiotic as well. Who doesn’t like healthy and tasty all rolled into one? I was first introduced to aioli while on a date with my husband. He took me to an “upscale” Mexican restaurant in downtown Ft. Worth. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and on the nachos was this wonderfully delicious white sauce that was unlike anything I had ever tasted!
I loved it! And I knew that Mexican food would never be the same again if I didn’t find out what it was and try to duplicate it.
You may have heard of Aioli before, but this was my first introduction. It wasn’t long before I collected several recipes, tried them out, and tweaked them until I had come up with one that tasted exactly the same! I’m now passing it along to you and I hope that when you taste it you’ll find it just as delicious as I do!
Not only is it healthy, but it’s very versatile! You can use it on virtually any mexican dish to take it up a notch. I drizzle it over tacos, enchiladas, nachos, quesadillas and salads. In fact, I even use it as a salad dressing or as a dip.
So get creative – enjoy – and leave a comment below to let me know what you think!
